Our Agreements Cover a Lot of HVAC Issues

During a fall heating checkup, we:

• Test and adjust pressure regulator
• Clean burners and inspect heat exchanger
• Check and adjust thermostat
• Test and adjust operation of safety and operating controls
• Inspect the air filter (does not include replacement filter) or drain expansion tank
• Inspect flue pipe and draft diverter
• Check for combustion leaks
• Test gas valve operation
• Clean and adjust pilot assembly
• Test and tighten all wiring and connections
• Check blower motor and belt
• Turn exposed dampers to heating position if marked (no balancing)
• Check equipment for any signs of rust or old age
• Check refrigerant level (additional refrigerant charge not included)

During a spring cooling checkup, we:

• Inspect the coils
• Check electrical components and connections
• Check refrigerant level (additional fee for refrigerant)
• Inspect drain pan
• Inspect the air filter (does not include replacement filter)
• Lubricate all moving parts (fan, motor, blower, etc.)
• Test temperature split
• Inspect blow motor and belts
• Test safety controls
• Inspect for leaks, rust, check capacitors, relays, etc.
• Check amperage and voltage in motors, inspect bearings
• Test operation and condition of compressor contacts
• Check the thermostat for proper operation
• Tighten and safety-test wires and connections
